The judging panel recognised Tailored Education's innovative approach to delivering inclusive, employer-led work experience, our strong partnerships with schools and businesses, and our continued focus on ensuring every placement provides genuine value for young people. By connecting education with industry, we help prepare the future workforce while supporting employers to engage with and inspire the next generation of talent.
